Cancellations & Refunds

While we regret that any guest must cancel their reservation, we do understand that things happen and plans change. If your reservation has been moved to a new date, we will honor the delivery for your next reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation more than five (5) days in advance, you will be given a full refund. Less than five days in advance, you will receive a 50% refund on your delivery. In the event your reservation has been cancelled by the host (Old North Rental Group), a 100% refund will be applied, no matter how soon the reservation was.

If your delivery order was made for a home not managed by Old North Rentals, a 100% refund will be applied.
